Moodia has a proven Project Process that we employ for every project we undertake. The process is as follows:
- Sales - Initial project discussions, proposal and contract agreement.
- Project Introduction - Introduction to your Moodia Project Team.
- Scoping and Specification - We create the Gamete and set project deliverables.
- Project Planning - We identify all project tasks and build a realistic project plan.
- Design - We work from the project Gamete to create, refine and complete designs.
- Production - We carry out all development and integration specified.
- Testing - We carry out User Acceptance Testing until the system is fully stable and agreed.
- Delivery - Server is implemented we test the system live and then we go live with your new website.
- Post Delivery - After a project debrief Moodia can provide ongoing support, we also set up an evaluation meet for 2 months after go live.
